Ingredients

Rice – 2 cups

Water – 2.5 cups

Chinese Sausage – 2 strips (Sliced)

Chinese Bacon – 100g (Sliced)

Small Bok Choi – a few leaves

Spring Onion (Chopped – for garnishing)

Sauce

Water – 3 tbsp

Oyster Sauce – 2 tbsp

Dark Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp

Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp

Sugar – 1 tbsp

Sesame Oil – 1 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Wash rice and soak with 2.5 cups of water for 1 hour
  2. Cook rice with medium heat for 5 minutes
  3. Placed Chinese Sausages and Bacon on top of rice
  4. Turn to low heat and cook for 12 minutes
  5. Boil small bok choi while waiting for the rice to cook
  6. Prepare sauce – boil the sauce ingredients
  7. Place bok choi on rice and pour cause on it
  8. Garnish with chopped spring onion
