Ingredients:

Beef Brisket 500g
Potato 150g
Flour
Butter 3 tbsp
Onion
Garlic
Tomato 200g
Celery 100g
Carrot 150g
Tomato Paste
Thyme
Mushroom 150g
Salt
Sugar
Red wine

Method

  1. Cut beef into cubes. Coated with flour.
  2. Heat up a pan and add in butter. Panfry beef until golden colour.
  3. Remove beef. Add in onion and garlic. Stir fry.
  4. Add in tomato and celery
  5. Pour the stir-fried ingredients into Mini Smart Cooker.
  6. Add in potato, carrot, tomato paste, beef and thyme.
  7. Pour red wine to over beef.
  8. Choose "stew" function and set to 2 hours.
  9. 10 minutes before the time is up, add in mushrooms.
