Ingredients:

2 large potatoes (cut into cubes)

1 pack of Curry Chicken paste

600 gram of chicken (cut to pieces)

Oil

Lemongrass

Garlic

Shallot

400ml Coconut milk

1 bowl of water

Method:

Add oil into the inner pot. Select “Steam” function, adjust timing to 30 minutes. Heat oil, then place in garlic and shallot. Stir fry until fragrant.

Add chicken, curry paste, lemongrass, 1/3 of coconut milk, water and mix well. Close the lid and let it cook.

When cooking completes, add in the other 2/3 of coconut milk. Simmer it for 5 minutes and enjoy.

咖喱醬料 1 包

鷄肉600克切成塊狀

食用油

香茅

400毫升的椰奶

一碗水

做法 :

内锅加入适量食油,选择“Steam”功能,时间调至30分钟,启动开始,

油热,将蒜和葱放入内鍋,翻炒至有香味。

将土豆、鷄肉、咖喱醬料、香茅、1/3的椰奶以及水,盖上锅盖,继续烹煮至时间完毕。

烹煮时间一完毕,加入剩下的椰奶,靜置5分鐘,即可盛盘。
