Simple Curry Chicken 簡易咖喱鷄

Ingredients:

2 large potatoes (cut into cubes)

1 pack of Curry Chicken paste

600 gram of chicken (cut to pieces)

Oil

Lemongrass

Garlic

Shallot

400ml Coconut milk

1 bowl of water

Method:

Add oil into the inner pot. Select “Steam” function, adjust timing to 30 minutes. Heat oil, then place in garlic and shallot. Stir fry until fragrant.

Add chicken, curry paste, lemongrass, 1/3 of coconut milk, water and mix well. Close the lid and let it cook.

When cooking completes, add in the other 2/3 of coconut milk. Simmer it for 5 minutes and enjoy.

材料 :

土豆 2個

咖喱醬料 1 包

鷄肉600克切成塊狀

食用油

香茅

400毫升的椰奶

一碗水

做法 :

内锅加入适量食油,选择“Steam”功能,时间调至30分钟,启动开始,

油热,将蒜和葱放入内鍋,翻炒至有香味。

将土豆、鷄肉、咖喱醬料、香茅、1/3的椰奶以及水,盖上锅盖,继续烹煮至时间完毕。

烹煮时间一完毕,加入剩下的椰奶,靜置5分鐘,即可盛盘。

Fortune Chicken 富贵鸡

Ingredients

Chicken - 1.5 kg

Shallots - 6 chopped

Garlic - 3 cloves chopped

Mushroom - 6 soaked and shredded

Dang Gui - 2 pieces

Dried Chilli - 6 pieces

Marinate

Salt - 1 tsp

Ginger Juice - 1.5 tbsp

Sesame Oil - 1 tsp

Oyster Sauce - 1 tbsp

Black Soy Sauce - 1 tsp

Spring Onion - 3 stalks

Seosoning

Chicken Stock - 1 tbsp

Chinese Wine - 2 tbsp

Black Soy Sauce - 1.5 tbsp

Pepper - moderate amount

Water - 200 ml

Method:

1. Cleaned chicken, marinate for 2 hours.

2. Use steam function to heat up oil, sauté chopped shallot and garlic until fragrant.

Add mushrooms and seasoning.

3. Place chicken in to inner pot, arrange Chinese herbs on top, pour in seosoning sauce and

sprinkle dried chilies on top.

4. Select Steam Function – 40 minutes setting.

材料:

鸡 - 1 只 约 1.5 公斤

小葱 - 6粒剁碎

蒜头 - 3瓣剁碎

冬菇 - 6朵浸软切丝

油 - 2 大匙

当归 - 2 片

辣椒干 - 6条

腌料:

盐 - 1.5小匙

姜汁 - 1.5 匙

麻油 - 1 小匙

蚝油 - 1 匙

老抽 - 1 小匙

葱白 - 3棵拍扁

调味料:

鸡精粉 - 1匙

绍兴酒 - 2匙

老抽 - 1.5 小匙

胡椒粉 - 少许

水 - 200 毫升

做法:

1. 鸡加入腌料搅匀,腌2小时。

2. 用蒸煮功能烧热油,爆香蒜茸和蔥頭仔碎,加入冬菇炒香,加入调味料煮

滚。

3. 将腌好的鸡放入內鍋,排上药材,倒入调味料及辣椒干。

4. 按下蒸煮功能即可,若能設時40分鐘效果更理想。

Three Cups Chicken (Rice Cooker Version) 三杯鷄(飯鍋版)

Ingredients

Chicken (Chopped) Around 1.5kg

Ginger 100g

Chili 70g

Garlic 10 cloves

Basil 40g

Seosoning

Sesame Oil 80 ml

Soy Sauce 80 ml

Rice Wine 80 ml

Sugar 1 tablespoon

Method

Ginger sliced and chili chopped.

Choose steam function to heat up the inner pot. Put in ginger. Follow by garlic after ginger is brown (curl up). Then put in chili.

Put chicken in and stir fry until the skin is bit golden.

Add in seosoning and let it boil. Close lid.

Open lid after 5 minutes and add in basil.

材料: 雞肉塊 1500公克 薑 100公克 辣椒 70公克 蒜仁 200公克 九層塔 40公克

調味料: 麻油 80 毫升 醬油膏 80 毫升 米酒 80 毫升 細糖 1大匙

作法:

1. 薑削皮切薄片;辣椒對剖切段。

2. 萬能鍋選擇【蒸煮】功能,熱鍋后倒入麻油,放入薑片,煸至邊緣捲曲微焦再放入蒜仁,一起煸至金黃後放入辣椒煸香。

3. 雞肉塊放入鍋中,炒至表面焦香。

4. 放入所有調味料煮滾,再蓋上鍋蓋煮約5分鐘,燜煮入味。

5. 打開鍋蓋,再加入九層塔炒勻即可。
