Turn your classic Chocolate Chip Cookie to an air-fryer edition! This recipe will not only leave you, but the kids running back for more cookies! All you need is a few staple ingredients, this video recipe, and the Buffalo Pro Chef Plus.

Ingredients:

  • Brown Sugar x 100g
  • Egg x 1
  • Butter x 100g
  • Flour x 150g
  • Baking Soda x 1/2 tbs
  • Chocolate Chips x 90g

 

Method:

  1. Mix butter and sugar in mixer
  2. Add in egg
  3. Next pour in flour, salt and baking soda
  4. And finally, the chocolate chips
  5. Place dough in the fridge for 30 minutes
  6. Apply some butter on baking paper and place it on rack
  7. Split dough into small portions
  8. Place dough on baking paper and flatten it
  9. Select "Bake" function 160 ° for 15 minutes
