Thai Coconut Milk Salmon

Material
Salmon - 2 slices
Lemongrass - sliced
Ginger - sliced
Garlic - chopped
Tom Yum Paste - 2 Tbsp
Coconut Milk - 350ml
Olive Oil & Salt - for marination
Sugar - 1 tsp
Fish Sauce - 1 tbspPinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
lemon zest
lemon juice - 2 pcs

Method:
Clean the salmon and coat with olive oil and salt
Heat up Happycall double sided pan
Place salmon skin down. Close the lid and  pan fry for 3 minutes
Flip over and pan fry for 2 minutes
Heat up Happycall ZIUM casserole. Sauté lemongrass, ginger and garlic until fragrant
Add tom yum paste, sugar, fish sauce, salt and pepper
Pour in coconut milk
Add some lemon zest and lemon juice
Cook the salmon for around 5 minutes in medium low heat. Pouring the sauce over the fish in the process

三文鱼两片
橄榄油
香茅 15克 切片
姜切丝
蒜三瓣切碎
冬炎酱 两汤匙
椰奶 350ml
白糖 一茶匙
鱼露 一汤匙
盐少许
胡椒粉少许
柠檬皮少许
柠檬 两个


做法
三文鱼洗净之后划几刀
涂上橄榄油和盐
双面锅加油热锅,三文鱼鱼皮向下先煎3分钟
翻面后再煎2分钟
韩国 Happycall ZIUM 浅汤锅加油,把香茅、姜和蒜炒香
加入冬炎酱、白糖、鱼露、盐和胡椒
加入椰奶
搅拌后再加入柠檬皮和柠檬汁
再把三文鱼放入ZIUM 浅汤锅里烹煮,过程中可以把酱汁倒在鱼肉上
