Apple Puff

Ingredients:
Puff pastry - 1 sheet
Red apple - 1 to 2 pcs
Egg - 1 pc
Rock sugar - Moderate amount
Water - Moderate amount

Fillings Preparation
Cut apple in small cubes.
 
Boil the apple. (Make sure the water level is just covered the apple). Add rock sugar and cook under medium heat.  Once it’s cooked, remove apple and set aside.


Baking
Take out the frozen puff pastry and leave it in a room temperature for defrost.  Cut the puff pastry into 9 squares.
 
1 pc of puff pastry can put approx. 5 apple cubes.
 
Fold over the puff pastry with fillings and press slightly on the side.
 
Brush pastry with egg wash. Insert rack in the air fryer and choose “bake” function to cook for 10 minutes. ( Each time can cook about 8 pcs)
 
Remove pastries , let cool slightly then serve immediately.
