Ingredients
-
2-4 slices White bread (Toast)
-
Mayonnaise (or Salad dressing)
-
Meat floss (Pork floss)
-
100g Yogurt (Plain or Greek yogurt)
-
1 Egg yolk
Instructions
-
Prepare the Bread: Trim the crusts off the bread slices and cut each slice into four equal small squares (cross-cut).
-
Layer and Stack: Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of each small square. Stack four pieces together to create a mini "cube."
-
Coat the Sides: Apply a layer of mayonnaise evenly to the four vertical sides of the stacked toast.
-
Apply Meat Floss: Place the meat floss on a flat plate. Roll the sides of the toast cube in the floss until all four sides are generously and evenly coated.
-
Make the Topping: In a small bowl, combine 100g of yogurt with one egg yolk. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
-
Air Fry: Place the toast cubes into your ACook PureSteel Air Fryer basket. Carefully spread the yogurt-egg mixture over the top of each cube.
-
Set and Cook: Set the air fryer to 170°C and cook for 10 minutes until the yogurt topping turns beautifully golden brown.
-
Serve: Remove carefully and enjoy your crispy, savory, and creamy toast bites!
