500g Pork ribs (cut into bite-sized pieces)

1 Fresh orange (cut into quarters)

2 tbsp Huadiao wine (Shaoxing cooking wine)

1 tbsp Light soy sauce

2 tbsp Dark soy sauce

1 tbsp Black vinegar

Some Rock sugar (adjust to taste)

A pinch of White sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions

Layer the Ingredients: Carefully place all the ingredients (except the white sesame seeds) into your Buffalo IH Smart Cooker in the exact order listed above.

Set and Cook: Close the lid securely. Select the "Steam" function and set the cooking time to 20 minutes.

Garnish and Serve: Once the cooking cycle is complete, carefully open the lid and give everything a gentle stir so the ribs are beautifully coated in the glossy orange sauce. Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and serve hot!
