Ingredients:

Bagel x 3

Eggs x 5

Sliced Red Capsicums x 20 g

Sliced Mushrooms x 20 g

Sliced Bacon x 20 g

Sliced Onion x 20 g

Some Pizza Cheese

Milk x 1 tbsp

Salt and Pepper

Method:

1. Put the eggs in a container and whisk in the milk. Add in all other ingredients (Except bagel & Cheese).

2. Cut Bagel into half. Use your fingertips to work around the middle of each bagel half, scooping out the excess bread.

3. Slowly pour egg mixture into each bagel, making sure the egg does not overflow.  

4. Choose Bake function with 160 degrees for 15 minutes.

5. Add cheese on the top of the bagel. 160 degrees for another 2 minutes.

材料:

3. 把馅料小心倒入贝果中空部分。

4. 选择烘培调制160度,设定15分钟。

5. 把芝士铺在贝果上,继续160度2分钟即可。

Salmon Teriyaki with Udon Noodle

Salmon Teriyaki with Udon Noodle

Ingredients

2 Salmon fillets

3 tbsp Obento Japanese Soy Sauce

3 tbsp Obento Japanese Seasoning Mirin

180g Hakubaku Udon Noodles

1 Red chilli, finely chopped

2 stalks Spring onions, finely chopped

Large handful baby spinach leaves

1 bunch Coriander, leaves picked and stems finely chopped

1 tbsp Vegetable oil

2 tsp Sesame seeds, briefly toasted in a hot, dry frying pan

1 Lime

 

Dressing

2 tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil, for dressing

2 tsp Obento Japanese Soy Sauce

1 Lime, juiced

Method

  1. Combine the salmon, soy sauce and mirin in a shallow bowl, toss until they are well coated. Marinate for 2 hours or if preferable, overnight in the fridge.

  2. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet, drain and refresh briefly under cold water, ensuring that the noodles are still warm.

  3. Combine the dressing ingredients in a large bowl and toss the noodles through.

  4. Add the chilli, spring onions, spinach and coriander and toss well. Divide between 2 plates.

  5. Remove the salmon from the marinade, season with salt and pepper and place them on the rack in Air Fryer, skin-side down. 160 degrees for 4 minutes.

  6. Turn over and fry on the other side for 6 minutes on 220 degrees.

  7. Place the salmon (skin side up) on the noodles, top with the sesame seeds and serve with half a lime.

Ingredients

Winglet x 4

Drumlet x 4

Egg x 2 (Egg white only)

All Purpose Seasoning Flour x 200g

Olive Oil - Spray

Marination

Ginger x 4 slices

Soy Sauce x 3 tea spoon

Rice Wine x 3 table spoon

Brown Sugar x moderate amount

Black Pepper x moderate amount

Method

Marinate chicken for 30 minutes

Wash with egg white and coated with seasoning flour.

Place chicken on high rack. Place them in Buffalo Air Fryer.

Use "Fry" function - 230 degrees for 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Chicken Wings - 6 pieces

Honey - Moderate amount

Sugar - 4 table spoon

Oyster Sauce - 2 table spoon

Black Soy Sauce - 2 table spoon

Light Soy Sauce - 1 table spoon

Black Pepper - 1 table spoon

Shao Xing Wine (Chinese Wine) - 1 table spoon

Garlic - Moderate amount

Red Bean Curd - Half piece

Method

  1. Clean the chicken wings thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. Discard wing tips. Prick the meat with toothpicks or fork to bring out flavor.

  2. Add all the marinade ingredients to the chicken and marinate for overnight.

  3. Put the chicken wings on the skewers, and place them on the Rotisserie.

  4. Choose “Roast” and “ Roll” functions to cook for 12 minutes.

  5. Brush honey on the chicken wings. Repeat the same functions and cook for 2 minutes.

  6. Remove from the air fryer,let cool slightly and serve to warm.

鷄翅 - 6 支

蜜糖 - 適量

蠔油 - 2 湯匙

老抽 - 2 湯匙

生抽 - 1 湯匙

黑胡椒粉 - 1 湯匙

紹興酒 - 1 湯匙

南乳 - 半片

方法:

  1. 將醃料攪拌均勻,備用。

  2. 雞翅清洗乾淨後擦乾水分,剪掉最尾端部分,以牙籤或叉子刺肉協助入味。

  3. 醃料與雞翅攪均勻,放入冰箱過夜。

  4. 用串燒叉串起雞翅,裝上串燒架。

  5. 按“燒烤”鍵 12 分鐘,並啟動旋轉功能。

  6. 時間到後再按 2 分鐘,啟動旋轉功能,不過在燈亮起來時打開蓋子,為雞翅塗上蜜糖,再關蓋。

  7. 取出待涼後即可享用。

Crispy Roasted Pork 脆皮燒肉

Ingredients:

Pork Belly - 1 kg

Shao Xing Wine - Moderate amount

Salt - - Moderate amount

White Vinegar - Moderate amount

Marination:

Salt - 2 Table spoon

Chicken Stock Powder - 2 Table spoon

Pepper - 1 Table spoon

Five Spice Powder - 1/2 Table Spoon

 

Preparation

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients, set aside.

  2. Boil a pot of water. Once it’s boiled, turn off the heat. Place the pork belly in the pot for 15 minutes and remove from pot, set aside. (For medium rare result.)

  3. Pat dry pork with paper towels. Use the meat tenderizer circular blade to poke the skin . Turn pork over, make a couple of deep slashes across the flesh diagonally. (This would help marinade penetrates deeper into the flesh.)

  4. Marinade the underside with Shao Xing Wine until it’s absorbed. Place the rest of the marinade over the underside.

  5. Turn back with skin side facing up. Prepare a container and wrap the pork side with aluminium foil.

  6. Lastly, brush skin with salt, and leave to dry up in the fridge overnight. ( leave the lid open as low temperature speeds up the drying process.)

Roasting

Insert the low rack in the air fryer.

Place the pork with skin side facing down. Choose “turbo” function to cook for 15 mins.

Turn the pork over with skin side facing up. Choose “Roast” function to cook for 25 to 30 mins until it’s crisp. Remove pork, let cool slightly and serve to warm.

豬腩肉 - 1 公斤

紹興酒 - 適量

鹽 - 適量

白米醋 - 適量

腌料:

鹽 - 2 湯匙

鷄精粉 - 2 湯匙

胡椒粉 - 1 湯匙

五香粉 - 1/2 湯匙

 

準備過程

  1. 將醃料攪拌均勻,備用。

  2. 豬腩肉拖水15分鐘,既是煮滾一鍋的水,沸騰後熄火,把豬肉放入鍋內15分鐘,豬肉將呈現6、7分熟狀態。

  3. 撈起瀝乾水分,用插肉針於豬皮上大量刺孔;翻轉,用尖刀在肉面上劃數刀,更能入味。

  4. 先把紹興酒涂遍豬腩肉,待乾後再把醃料抹於肉面及側面。

  5. 用鋁箔紙把肉麵和側面包好,豬皮向上。

  6. 為豬皮掃上一遍白米醋,待乾後再塗一遍,最少塗三遍。

  7. 最後為豬皮塗上一層鹽。

  8. 將豬腩肉置入冰箱過夜,豬皮無需覆蓋,冰箱內的溫度有助於豬皮變得更乾。

燒烤過程

  1. 全能氣炸鍋置入高低架,使用低架。

  2. 先燒烤肉面,豬皮向下,選擇快煮功能 15 分鐘。

  3. 翻轉豬腩肉,豬皮向上,選擇燒烤功能 25 ~ 30分鐘至豬皮呈鬆脆狀態,取出待涼後即可享用。

Ingredients

Cheese Melt / Coles Tasty Cheese Bacon – 4 pcs White bread – 4pcs Eggs – 4 pcs(600g) Butter – moderate amount Black pepper

Preparation

Prepare 4 ramekins and brush them with butter.

Cut off the crust, brush butter onto the bread, and cut the sides about 2cm each。

Insert the bread into the ramekin.

Roll the bacon and place it onto the bread, break an egg on it. Repeat these steps for each ramekin.

Insert all ramekins into air fryer, choose “ bake” function to cook for 10 mins.

Add cheese and black pepper on top, bake about 4 mins in 180 degrees. Remove ramekins , let cool slightly then serve immediately.

TIPS

  1. Prepare butter in a room temperature for easy application.

  2. Pour the egg into a bowl before putting it onto the ramekin to avoid spilling.

 

食材: 芝司

培根 4片 白麵包 4片 蛋 4顆 (不要選擇Extra Large,中型蛋最佳) 牛油 適量 黑胡椒 少許

作法

  1. 準備4個圓形小烤盅,並於內部抹上奶油備用。

  2. 白吐司去邊,將雙面及4邊均抹上奶油後,於4邊中間切開2公分。

  3. 將吐司放入抹好奶油的烤盅裡輕壓整形,切邊略重疊像花杯一樣 。

  4. 將培根圍在吐司杯內部,並在培根圈中間放入一個全蛋。

  5. 放進氣炸鍋,烘焙180度10分鐘。

  6. 放上起司再烘焙180度4分鐘並灑上粗黑胡椒粒即可。

溫馨小提示:

1、奶油需預先從冰箱拿出來至室溫放軟才好塗抹

2、蛋要放入培根圈中時,可先將蛋打在一個小碗裡,再手持小碗倒比較好操作
