Ingredients:

2 large tomatoes (cut into cubes)

1 yellow onion (thinly sliced)

20-30gm minced garlic

2 pcs deboned drumstick

Oil

Seasoning:

1 tbsp soy sauce

Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)

20gm curry powder

6gm smoked paprika powder

200ml chicken broth

Marination for chicken:

A pinch of salt

A Pinch of pepper

Starch water: (optional)

1 tsp corn-starch & water

Method:

  1. Wash drumstick and pat dry. Cut chicken into small pieces, place chicken into a bowl and add in marination for chicken, set aside.

  2. Add oil into inner pot. Select “Steam” function, adjust timing to 30 minutes. Heat oil, then place in chicken, stir fry until golden brown.

  3. Add onion, cook until caramelized. Then, add in minced garlic and stir fry until fragrant.

  4. Add tomatoes, curry powder, paprika powder, pepper, salt, soy sauce and mix well. Add in chicken broth and close lid, cook until complete.

  5. When cooking completes, add in starch water to thicken the gravy. This step is optional.

咖哩粉20克

煙燻紅椒粉6克

鸡骨高湯200ml

鸡腿腌制料 :

盐适量

胡椒粉适量

做法 :

  1. 鸡腿洗净,抹干水份,切适中块状;加入腌制料,捉腌入味,静置 15分钟。

  2. 洋葱去皮,切丝;番茄切块,备用。

  3. 内锅加入适量食油,选择“Steam”功能,时间调至30分钟,启动开始,

  4. 油热,将鸡块放入煎至表面金黄,加入洋葱丝,翻炒至洋葱丝半透明,把蒜蓉放入兜炒。

  5. 将番茄、咖哩粉、煙燻紅椒粉、胡椒粉、盐、酱油加入拌炒均匀,最后放入鸡骨高汤;盖上锅盖,继续烹煮至时间完毕。

  6. 烹煮时间一完毕,趁着锅内的汤汁还在沸腾,马上倒入玉米粉水勾芡,即可盛盘。

小贴士 :

★一匙玉米粉+水=玉米粉水勾芡

(不勾芡的就可以省略)
