Ingredients:

Glass noodles x 4 bunches

Chopped garlic x 1 tbsp

Minced pork x 200g

Chopped chili x 1 tsp

Chili oil x 1 tbsp

Chopped ginger 1 x tsp

Sesame oil 1 x tbsp 

Chopped spring onion x 1 stalk

Chopped coriander x 1 tbsp

 

Seasoning:

Soy Bean paste 2 tbsp

Soy sauce 2 tbsp

Dark Soy Sauce 2 tbsp

Sugar 1 tbsp

Water 250 ml

 

Method:

1. Soak the glass noodles in water for 15 minutes.

2. Select “Steam” function to heat up chili oil in pot and saute minced pork until half set, then add in chopped garlic, chili, ginger and spring onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Pour in glass noodle and seasoning. Stir well. Then close the lid and simmer for 1/2 minute.

4. Lastly, add in chopped coriander and sesame oil and mix well.

粉丝(冬粉)4把

猪绞肉 200g

水 250 ml

辣油1大匙

香油1大匙

香菜1大匙

蒜末1大匙

辣椒末1小匙

姜末1小匙

青葱末1棵

调味料:

糖1大匙

辣豆瓣酱2大匙

生抽2大匙

老抽2大匙

水 250 ml

 

做法:

1.将粉丝泡水15分钟,备用。

2.选用“蒸煮“功能,热锅加入辣油、猪绞肉,炒至肉末变白,放入蒜末、辣椒末、姜末、葱花炒香。

3. 加入粉丝以及所有的调味炒匀,不停拌炒,约3分钟后可盖上盖子,焖略30秒。

4.粉丝略收干水后,加入香油拌匀,盛盘后放上香菜、葱花即可。
