Brown Rice

  • Soak brown rice for a few hours or overnight for a better texture.
  • It is always wise to allow a bit of extra water when you cook less than two cups.
  • Once the cooking process is completed, switch off the rice cooker to prevent safety issues
  • Let the rice sit for 5 minutes for a fluffier result. It also helps eliminate the problem of rice sticking to the inner pot.
  • Try not to keep the cooked rice warm for too long. It might cause the rice to dry out and lose its fluffy texture.
