Black Pepper Beef with Carrot and Radish

 

Ingredients:
Beef brisket 600 grams
1 white radish
2 carrots
2 spring onion
1 piece of ginger
3 cloves garlic
1 large chilli
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
3 tablespoons of black pepper sauce
1 tsp sugar

Method:
Beef brisket cut into about 3 cm slices
Dice red and white radish
Wash the beef, but do not need to blanch it
Heat the Happycall IH Vacuum Pot on medium heat for 1 minute
Add spring onion, ginger, garlic and chili, then beef brisket.
No oil needed. Stir the ingredients in the pot.
Add in carrots and white radish
Add soy sauce, black pepper sauce and sugar. Stir well.
Close the lid and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.

萝卜牛肉煲

材料
牛腩 600 克
白萝卜 1 条
红萝卜 2 条
青葱 2 条
姜1块
蒜 3 瓣
大辣椒 1 条
生抽 2 大勺
黑椒汁 3 大勺
白糖 1 茶匙

做法
1. 牛腩切成约3公分块状
2. 红白萝卜切块
3. 姜、蒜、辣椒切片
4. 牛肉洗干净,但无需汆烫
5. 中火把 Happycall 真空锅 烧热 1 分钟,放入葱、姜、蒜及辣椒,然后放入牛腩
6. 无需加油,利用牛腩的油脂直接在锅里炒拌
7. 加入红白萝卜
8. 放入生抽、黑椒汁和白糖,继续炒拌
9. 无需加水,稍后将把牛肉和萝卜水分逼出来
10. 关盖子中火烹煮20分钟,完成
