- 250g frozen mix banana & blueberry
- 200g almond flour
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs (grade A)
- sliced almonds
- Whisk the eggs until foamy. Add almond flour, desiccated coconut, baking powder and frozen mix banana & blueberries; mix until well combined.
- Grease the loaf pan with oil, pour in the batter and smooth the surface. Sprinkle sliced almonds over the batter and cover the pan with foil.
- Transfer the loaf pan into the Buffalo Pro Chef Plus and select the “Bake” function; bake it at 160 degrees for 50 minutes.
