Ingredient

  • 300g salmon fillet

  • 1/2 tbsp butter, softened

  • 1/2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tsp dried rosemary

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 slice cheddar cheese, shredded

  • handful of broccoli, blanched

Method

1. Combine butter, honey, rosemary & pepper together. Rub the mixture evenly over fish fillet. Set aside for 10 minutes.

2. Heat up Double Pan for 1 min. Add fish, skin side down and closed pan (locked). Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.

3. Flip the pan and cook the other side of the fish fillet for 2 minutes. Flip over the pan again, place shredded cheese over fish and scatter blanched broccoli around the fish.

4. Sprinkle extra black pepper and pinch of salt over the broccoli. Close the lid (do not lock) and cook till cheese melted. Serve immediately.

材料:

  • 三文魚(鮭魚)300克

  • 牛油 1/2 湯匙(先融化)

  • 蜜糖 1/2 湯匙

  • 乾迷迭香 2 茶匙

  • 黑胡椒 1 茶匙

  • 車打芝士 1 片切絲

  • 花椰菜 事先用熱水稍微汆燙

做法:

將牛油、蜜糖、乾迷迭香和黑胡椒均匀塗在三文魚上,腌製10分鐘。

雙面鍋熱鍋1分鐘。把魚放入雙面鍋内,皮向下,中火 3 分鐘。

雙面鍋翻至另一面,中火 2 分鐘。

再翻一次,打開鍋蓋將芝士鋪在魚肉上,并在魚肉四周加入花椰菜。

可在花椰菜上撒一點鹽和胡椒粉,把蓋關上但不要鎖緊,一直到芝士融化,即可裝盤。
