Ingredients: Chicken Maryland x 2 ecoBrown Steam Brown Rice x 3 cups Chicken Stock x 4.5 cups

Oil x 2 tbsp

Salt x 1 tsp

Lemon grass x 2 stalks

Chinese wine x 1 tbs

Sesame oil x 1 tbs

Note: If you are using 3 cups of Jasmine rice, you will only need 3 cups of Chicken stock.

Paste (Blended):

Shallot x 2

Garlic x 3

Spring Onion

Coriander Stem

  1. Clean and marinate the chicken with Chinese wine and sesame oil for half an hour.

  2. Choose ‘Steam’ function on Rice Cooker, then add in oil.

  3. Add in blended paste, saute till fragrant. Add in rice, water, salt and lemon grass, mix well.

  4. Put in the steam rack, add in marinated chicken on the steam rack, close the lid.

  5. Cancel the ‘Steam’ function, choose ‘Grain Rice’ function, press start to cook.

海南鷄飯(糙米)

材料

大雞腿 x 2 ecoBrown Steam Brown Rice x 3 杯 鷄湯 x 4.5 杯

食油 x 2 湯匙

鹽 x 1 茶匙

香茅 x 2 段

紹興酒 x 1 湯匙

麻油 x 1 湯匙

注意:若您選擇 3 杯百米,那麽鷄湯只需要 3 杯就好。

以下佐料先打碎攪拌:

小葱 x 2

蒜頭 x 3

香菜

  1. 將鷄肉洗好,用紹興酒、麻油及鹽腌半小時。

  2. 選擇“蒸煮”功能,把油放入鍋内。再放入佐料爆香;加入米、水、鹽和香茅,攪拌均匀。

  3. 置入蒸架,鷄肉放在蒸架上,蓋子關上。

  4. 取消“蒸煮”功能,改成“Grain Rice”功能,長按“開始”即可。
