Ingredients:
- Onion x 1
- Pork Ribs x 700g
- Kimchi x 300g
- Chicken Stock x 750ml
- Korean Chili Paste x 1 tbsp
- Paprika x 2 tbsp
- Garlic
- Dried Bean Curd
- Soy Sauce
Method:
- Heat up Happycall Vacuum Pot.
- Add in Onion, pork ribs and kimchi.
- Pour in chicken stock. Lock the lid and let it boil.
- Open the lid and add in chili paste, paprika, garlic, dried bean curd and soy sauce.
- Close lid. Use medium low heat to boil for 20 minutes. Done!
