Kam Heong Clams / Stir-Fried Pipi (With Cooking Video)

Ingredients:

  • Clams (Pipi)  - 1 KG
  • Dried Shrimp - 150 g
  • Dried Chili - 5 (Sliced)
  • Oil
  • Onion - 1 (Sliced)
  • Curry Leaves - 20
  • Ginger (Sliced)
  • Garlic - 4 cloves (Sliced)

Seasoning

  • Oyster Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Light Soy Sauce - 1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Water - 4 tbsp

Method

  1. Heat up Cookcell wok and oil.
  2. Add dried shrimps and chili. Fry until fragrant.
  3. Put curry leaves, onion, ginger and garlic into wok, follow by clams.
  4. Pour in seasoning sauce.
  5. Turn to medium low heat and close the lid for 2 minutes.
  6. Ready to serve.
