Vietnamese Spare Ribs

Ingredients:

Spare Ribs 600g

Plum Sauce 2 tbsp

Tomato Sauce 1.5 tbsp

Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

Sugar 2 tbsp

Rice Vinegar 3 tbsp

Garlic (Chopped) 1 tbsp

Chili (Chopped) 0.5 tbsp

Galangal (Chopped) 1 tbsp

Lemon Grass 2 pcs

Water 4 tbsp

 

Method:

1. Clean and drain the spare ribs.
2. Marinate the spare ribs with all seasonings for 2 hours.
3. Add in all ingredients into the IH Smart Cooker.
4. Choose “Steam” function, and cook for 25 minutes.

材料:

排骨 600克

酸梅醬 2 湯匙

番茄醬 1.5 湯匙

老抽 1 湯匙

糖 2 湯匙

白醋 3 湯匙

蒜蓉 1 湯匙

辣椒切碎  0.5 湯匙

藍姜切碎 1 湯匙

香茅 2 條

水 4 湯匙

做法:

排骨洗净瀝乾
將排骨用所有材料腌製 2 小時
所有材料倒入萬能鍋内
選擇蒸煮25分鐘即可
