Pork Ribs x 600g

Instant Coffee x 1 pouch

Ginger x 8 slices

Spring Onion x cut into 4 pcs

Shaoxing Cooking Wine


Apple Cider Vinegar x 1 tablespoon

Sugar x 1.5 tablespoon

Soy Sauce x 2 tablespoon

Dark Soy Sauce x 1 tablespoon

White Pepper Powder x 1/2 tablespoon

Corn Starch x 1 tablespoon


  1. Cut short ribs into 3cm pieces. Boil a pot of water adding ginger, spring onion and Shaoxing Wine.

  2. Take our ribs after 5 minutes. Rinse and put aside.

  3. Mix 1 pouch of instant coffee with 40ml of hot water.

  4. Add short ribs with all sauces and coffee. Marinate for 1 hour.

  5. Add a bit of oil into IH Smart Cooker. Select "STEAM" function and set timer to 25 minutes. Press Start.

  6. Add the rest of spring onion and ginger after oil heating up.

  7. Put in short ribs and add in some Shaoxing Wine. Close lid.

  8. Open the lid half way to stir the pork ribs to get even colour.

排骨 600克

速溶咖啡 1 包

姜 8 片

葱段 4 條



蘋果醋 1 大匙

糖 1.5 大匙

生抽 2 大匙

老抽 1 大匙

胡椒粉 1/2 小匙

玉米粉 1 大匙


  1. 排骨斬成 3 公分長的小段,燒開一鍋水,放入姜4片,2條葱段,2大匙紹興酒,放入排骨。

  2. 5分鐘后把排骨撈起瀝乾。

  3. 速溶咖啡加入40毫升熱水泡好待用。

  4. 將排骨連同醬料和咖啡一起腌製一小時。

  5. 萬能鍋倒入些許食油,選擇“STEAM"功能,時間設定至25分鐘,按開始。

  6. 油熱后加入青葱、薑片和排骨稍微翻炒,再倒入些許紹興酒。蓋上鍋蓋。

  7. 烹煮中途可以打開鍋蓋稍微翻炒,確保排骨上色。
